I want to go swimming in the Pacific to hand select my own Sockeye Salmon for this incredibly easy and quite tasty dish, but since I can’t swim, I will saunter into Whole Foods and buy a nice piece of Pink Salmon for this recipe in which my family will feast on this evening.
